Refund/Cancellation Policy
Effective as of 2025
At Alchemy of Home, every product, workshop, and session is created with care, artistry, and intention.
Because this work is both creative and energetic in nature, these policies exist to protect both you and the studio — ensuring fairness, respect, and clarity for every exchange.
1 · Digital Downloads & Instant Access Products
All digital downloads, guides, and workbooks are non-refundable.
Once a file has been purchased or accessed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please email hello@alchemy-of-home.com within 7 days of purchase so we can ensure successful delivery.
2 · Workshops, Events & Classes (Not the Home Alchemy Method)
Cancellations
Cancel up to 7 days before a live workshop or class for a full refund — or transfer your registration to another event of equal value (if available).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be applied as credit toward a future workshop.
No-shows forfeit payment.
If Alchemy of Home must cancel or reschedule a workshop, you may choose either a full refund or credit toward a future event.
3 · The Home Alchemy Method
The Home Alchemy Method is an [8]-week guided program. Enrollment includes access to prerecorded video modules and accompanying written materials, live group coaching calls, email support throughout the program, and access to the participant community. It is an educational and coaching program. It is not interior design, contracting, or professional consulting services, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed.
Enrollment and Payment
The program fee is $497 in U.S. dollars, payable in full at checkout. Alchemy of Home does not offer installment or payment-plan arrangements.
If you choose to pay using a third-party provider such as Afterpay or Klarna, you are entering a separate agreement with that provider, governed by their terms. Alchemy of Home receives your payment in full and is not a party to your installment schedule. You remain responsible to that provider for the full amount, including any fees, interest, or late charges they assess, regardless of your participation in the program. If a refund is issued under these terms, it is returned through the original provider, and any adjustment to your installment schedule is handled by them.
Your access to program materials, calls, and support begins at your purchase date and continues for 90 days.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service or support you are receiving, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email hello@alchemy-of-home.com from the address used at purchase, before the 30th day, and state that you are requesting a refund under the 30-day guarantee. You do not need to provide a reason.
Approved refunds are for the full program fee, issued to the original payment method, and processed within [10] business days of your request. Upon refund, your access to the modules, materials, calls, and community ends, and your license to use the program materials terminates.
After the Guarantee Period
Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund. Partial credits or extensions may be granted in cases of illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, at the sole discretion of Alchemy of Home.
Live Calls
Live group coaching calls are held on a published schedule. Calls are not rescheduled for individual participants. Recordings may be provided at the instructors discretion. Missing a call does not extend your access period or create a right to a refund or credit outside the 30-day guarantee.
Access to Materials
Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the program materials for your own use. You may not copy, share logins, resell, redistribute, publish, or teach the materials as your own. All program content remains the intellectual property of Alchemy of Home. Violation of this section may result in termination of access without refund.
Community Conduct
Participation in the community is subject to the posted community guidelines. Alchemy of Home may remove any participant whose conduct is harassing, abusive, or disruptive. Removal for conduct does not entitle you to a refund outside the 30-day guarantee.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact hello@alchemy-of-home.com first. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first requesting a refund under these terms may result in immediate termination of access, and you agree to remain responsible for amounts owed and any associated fees.
Changes to the Program
Alchemy of Home may update, improve, or substitute program content, call scheduling, or delivery platforms, provided the overall scope and value of the program are not materially reduced.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the program will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and you consent to that venue.

4 · Client Responsibility
By booking or purchasing, you acknowledge that Alchemy of Home provides creative guidance, design strategy, and energetic insight.
Implementation of recommendations and purchases remains the client’s responsibility.
Your honesty, participation, and openness allow the alchemy to unfold.

Additional Clauses
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 14 days incur a 5 % weekly late fee until settled.
Force Majeure: Alchemy of Home is not liable for cancellations caused by illness, weather, or emergency; sessions will be rescheduled at no penalty.
Gift Certificates: Non-refundable but fully transferable.
