The Guest Edit

The Guest Edit is a service for those who want to elevate their furnished rental to increase their booking rate and their rental fees. Whether you need a completely new look or finishing touches, this service takes the guesswork out of designing your rental so you can enjoy the results without the mental legwork.

Here’s how it works:

You’ll fill out a questionnaire about your rental and then we’ll meet for a Zoom consultation to discuss your space in detail. From there, I’ll put together a custom design plan complete with sourcing guides and specific product ideas based on your desired result and budget.

This is for you if:

  • You want more visibility in the rental market

  • You want to increase your price and booking rate

  • You need a clear, curated guide to help you bring your vision to life

  • You prefer to implement the design at your own pace with expert guidance

  • You want a seamless, hassle-free way to elevate your rental’s style

Process

No matter which service you book, we’ll follow a comprehensive consulting structure, and you’ll walk away with your custom-made Foundry Formula (link to Foundry Formula blog) design guide. 

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Step One

    You book your free 15-minute consultation with me to discuss the basic scope of the project you’d like to tackle, and I’ll put together a quote for you.

  • Step Two

    If you accept, you’ll book your hour-long Zoom consultation with me, and prior to our meeting, you’ll fill out a detailed design survey answer some questions about your space, goals and vision. This will also help get your creative gears turning.

  • Step Three

    We meet on Zoom and discuss your survey and project in depth, leaving no stone unturned.

  • Step Four

    I’ll put together your custom design workbook known as The Foundry Formula. This design guide is meant to be self-paced and budget friendly. Read all about the Foundry Formula here.

  • Step Five

    Upon delivery of your Foundry Formula, you can schedule an optional 30-minute follow up Zoom with me to walk through it together or many revisions as needed. The support is there if you need it but isn’t necessary if you feel ready to go. You’ll receive your physical design guide once any final revisions are made.
